CENCOM values our community's diversity and strives to reflect that diversity in our staff and respect that diversity in the delivery of our services.

CENCOM is responsible for answering all 911 and non-emergency calls for Police, Fire, Emergency Medical and Animal Control services.  We provide the citizens of Kitsap County with quick 24 hour a day, seven day a week access to emergency services by a highly trained and devoted team of more than 70 professionals.

CENCOM is equipped with Automatic Location Identification (ALI). ALI automatically displays the caller's telephone number, the address/location of the telephone and supplementary emergency services information. This information allows the operator to dispatch the appropriate emergency service provider (medical, fire, police, animal control, etc.).

CENCOM’s service boundaries DO NOT limit the ability of the operator to transfer a call to the proper Emergency Service Provider no matter where that service may be located.  Call us and we'll contact the appropriate jurisdiction.

For general, non-emergency questions about 911 services, please send us an email.
