All employees in regular positions budgeted at .50 FTE and above are eligible for KITSAP 911 benefits. Medical, vision, dental, and life insurance coverage for eligible employees and designated legal dependents begins the first day of employment/eligibility.

Retirement
Kitsap 911 offers Retirement plans through Washington State. Public Safety Employees’ Retirement System (PSERS) to all eligible Ops employees and Public Employee Retirement System (PERS) to all eligible employees. PERS offers two retirement plans for new employees: PERS Plan 2 and PERS Plan 3. Please refer to the plans on the drs.wa.gov website for additional information.
