On 12/16/2024, Kitsap 911 will launch a new public satisfaction and feedback solution that uses text messaging to allow the community to provide feedback on their interaction with Kitsap 911.

We will start sending text message surveys after certain types of interactions with 911. Text message surveys will be sent to the cellular number recorded as part of a 911 call for service. Text messages are sent hours or days after the incident and will ask the recipient to take a quick survey about their experience with Kitsap 911. It will also allow the recipient to provide their own comments and/or feedback. There is an option to opt out of the survey and all future surveys from Kitsap 911 for recipients that do not wish to participate.

One of our core values at Kitsap 911 is diversity and inclusion:

“We value our community’s diversity and work to reflect and respect that diversity in our staff and in the delivery of our services.”
