Kitsap 911 Launches New Website

Kitsap 911 recently launched their new redeveloped website bringing a welcome fresh look and improved user experience. While this project brought an overdue improvement to the Content Management System (CMS) used to update content, it was also identified as a priority in order to meet new requirements for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and 2.2. At the time of launch the website scored 100% on accessibility testing and this will be tested on a regular basis to ensure the website continually meets ADA needs. Kitsap 911 selected D2 Creative as the web developer through a Request for Qualifications process and uses Strapi's CMS which allows for easy website updates.
