With more that 30 years of experience in 911 operations and technology management, he brings a wealth of knowledge experience, and expertise to the team. Donno has also spent many years working as part of the executive leadership team for Hexagon/Octave, a public safety vendor specializing in Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems and his expertise will be a great asset to many of Kitsap 911's technology projects.
